Sakura Dial is a unique application that offers discounted calling rates for both local and international calls.
For international calls, the user can choose from over 200 destinations, such as the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea, China, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, and more.
When you make a call to a destination, you can choose to pay a flat rate of 15 JPY/30 seconds with the prefix number (0037-691). The app automatically adds the prefix number when calling.
